Cancellation and Refund Policy

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations will be considered as long as your order has not been shipped and your amount will be refunded back to you via the original mode of payment. Please contact customer support at as soon as possible with your order number.

How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?

In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on with your order no. within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favorable to you, and reprocess your order if required.
The following products will not be eligible for return:

  • Any edible product.
  • Any product that is returned without all the items originally included with the product at the time of delivery, along with the original packaging.
  • Any product which is tampered with or is used before returning the shipment.
