Shipping :

What are the delivery charges?

GoGappa.com provides FREE delivery in India on all it's products if your total order amount is Rs. 500 or more. Otherwise Rs. 75 is charged for delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

At GoGappa.com, we try our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Once the order is made on our website, our goal is to process and ship your order within 1-5 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

What will be the mode of delivery?

GoGappa.com ships most orders via FedEx. Also GoGappa.com has partnered with reputed delivery services like Bluedart-DHL and Aramex for shipping products in India.

Can I request delivery to be done on a specified date & time?

No, Sorry at this point we do not guarantee delivery on a specified date & time. However, if you are looking for such service, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to meet such requests.

Can I include special instructions for my order?

Yes, of-course. During the check out process you can specify special instructions, if any. You can mention any requirements you wish to have take in mind while fulfilling the order. However, please note at this point, we will not be able to take the requests for a specific date delivery as a part of these special instructions.

Are there any hidden costs like octroi, sales tax?

No. Our list price is all inclusive of taxes, shipping and handling charges. There is no additional or hidden cost involved. The price mentioned for the product is the final price you pay.

Do you ship products outside India?

Yes, we do certain products. Shipping cost will be charged accordingly. Please get in touch with our support at support@gogappa.com for further details.

How are the items packaged?

All the items are carefully packed by us so as to avoid any kind of damage. Most of the hampers/kits comes packed in our handcrafted signature wooden crates. While some of them are packed with bubble wraps, shredded paper and thick corrugated boxes.

Is there any way that the shipping charges can be avoided?

To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy more items from our website and ensure that your order value is above Rs. 500.

Payments :

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We work to protect the security of your information like credit card details during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Our site has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Which credit cards or payment types are accepted?

  1. 1) Credit Cards:
    • Visa

    • Diners Club
    • JCB
    These could be either Indian or international.
  2. 2) Debit Cards:
    GoGappa.com accepts all Visa, Visa Electron, Plus, MasterCard, Maestro and Cirrus Debit Cards.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If the payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation from GoGappa.com. If the payment fails, please retry ensuring:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate ie. account details, billing address, password(in case net banking).
  • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 24 hrs.

Orders :

How do I place an order?

Ordering at GoGappa is easy. Placing your first order at GoGappa? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and you are home. If you need any assistance contact our customer support.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from GoGappa.com This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Order History.

How do I check the status of my order?

Sign in to your account using your username and password. Click on ‘My Account’ link on the top right corner of the page.. You can now view history of all your orders along with the status details.

I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

If your debit/credit card isn't working, please contact our customer support & we can always help you for placing your order.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

In order to place a bulk order please contact our customer support with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price on the invoice?

Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. This is also required as all the shipments are insured with the shipping carrier and an exact value is required for raising a claim related to any damage or in the case of shipment gone missing in transit.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

Return & Cancellation :

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations will be considered as long as your order has not been shipped and your amount will be refunded back to you via the original mode of payment. Please contact customer support at support@gogappa.com as soon as possible with your order number.

How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?

In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on support@gogappa.com with your order no. within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favorable to you, and reprocess your order if required.

The following products will not be eligible for return:

  • Any edible product.
  • Any product that is returned without all the items originally included with the product at the time of delivery, along with the original packaging.
  • Any product which is tampered with or is used before returning the shipment.
