What are the delivery charges?

GoGappa.com provides FREE delivery in India on all it's products if your total order amount is Rs. 500 or more. Otherwise Rs. 75 is charged for delivery.

Is there any way that the shipping charges can be avoided?

To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy more items from our website and ensure that your order value is above Rs. 500.

What is the estimated delivery time?

At GoGappa.com, we try our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Once the order is made on our website, our goal is to process and ship your order within 1-5 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Can I request delivery to be done on a specified date & time?

No, Sorry at this point we do not guarantee delivery on a specified date & time. However, if you are looking for such service, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to meet such requests.

Can I include special instructions for my order?

Yes, of-course. During the check out process you can specify special instructions, if any. You can mention any requirements you wish to have take in mind while fulfilling the order. However, please note at this point, we will not be able to take the requests for a specific date delivery as a part of these special instructions.

What will be the mode of delivery?

GoGappa.com ships most orders via FedEx. Also GoGappa.com has partnered with reputed delivery services like Bluedart-DHL and Aramex for shipping products in India.

Are there any hidden costs like octroi, sales tax?

Our list price is all inclusive of taxes, shipping and handling charges. There is no additional or hidden cost involved. However, any local municipal taxes or octroi, if charged will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship products outside India?

Yes, we do certain products. Shipping cost will be charged accordingly. Please get in touch with our support at support@gogappa.com for further details.

How are the items packaged?

All the items are carefully packed by us so as to avoid any kind of damage. Most of the hampers/kits comes packed in our handcrafted signature wooden crates. While some of them are packed with bubble wraps, shredded paper and thick corrugated boxes.

Incorrect mailing addresses and Undeliverable packages

Please review your shipping information before submitting your order. If you believe that the address mentioned while placing the order was incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Please refer to following policy related to these corrections :

  • If the item has not been shipped : In the case when the order has not been processed for shipment we will be happy to make the change in the address. There will be no additional charges or any cost for these changes. Just let us know and we will take care of the rest.
  • If the item has been shipped already: However, if the package has been shipped or has been processed for the shipping already, our team will get back with the possible options to make the changes. There may be additional costs related to these requests. Our customer service team will notify you in advance about any such charges, and will try their best to keep it at minimum and do the best to make it work.
  • If the item has been delivered already: Please note that if the package has been already delivered to the wrong address, it may not be possible for us to get it back to re-ship or to make any address correction.

Undeliverable packages:

In rare cases, packages are returned or marked as undeliverable by our logistics partners. If we ship an item and it gets returned due to an insufficient address (wrong address, recipient moved, missing apartment or suite number, etc), a representative from gogappa.com will get in touch with you with all possible options at the email address provided at the time of order placement. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs in order to reship the item back. We will notify you about these charges and will need to be paid in full before we accept your request for the address changes.

If we don't get a reply within 2 days of our first request, we will send a request one additional time. If we don't get a reply within 2 days of the additional request, gogappa.com will treat the order as complete and reserves the right to destroy or recycle the item.

Exceptions :

Due to perishable nature of some of the items sold on our store, it may not be possible for us to make any delivery related changes after certain time duration. Please note that for these items, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or return due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer and a refund will not be issued.
