  • When will my order processing begin ? Will I get delivery estimates in advance?

    Your order, no matter how big is small, is extremely important to us and we begin order processing as soon as the order is confirmed. A detailed timeline of the delivery estimates will be provided to you along with the order confirmation.

  • Are there any deadlines for placing the order?

    We process orders in the order they are received. Thus it is always a good idea to get ahead of the queue. This will not only get your orders processed earlier but gives you a lot more options in terms of product offering and services.

  • I just got an email that you are no longer accepting any orders for Diwali. What is it about?

    We are so sorry that this happened to your order request. Simply stated, your complete satisfaction is our mission. We believe in over delivering and wowing you at each and every stage of the order. After we reach a certain threshold, We stop taking new orders and get all our resources dedicated to the orders at hand. For your reference, in 2012, we stopped taking orders 4 weeks before diwali date.

  • I have been put on waiting list for my new year order request. What does that mean?

    For the orders that are extremely time sensitive, we stop taking orders a few weeks in advance. As we approach the end of the order closing cycle, we may put some orders on wait list. If it happens, someone of our corporate sales team will get back to you within 48 hours, if we will be able to accept and confirm your order.

  • What all modes of payments do you accept?

    You can pay by cheque and online bank transfers. We also accept online payments by credit card, debit card and net banking.

  • What are your services offerings?

    We are a one stop solution for all of your business gifting requirements. We have capability to handle orders from start-to-end. All that you need to do is to tell us what you want, when you want it and where you want it. We take care of the rest!

  • Can I put my logo on the product?

    Of-course. We offer a wide range of personalization options to handle any such request. Be it laser engraving, screen printing, pad printing, die embossing, digital printing or any other tool. We have infrastructure to get it done. You don't have to even name the names, Our experts from the studio will help you at each and every step.

  • Will my gift be presented beautifully. Can I get them gift wrapped?

    Of-course. A gift without presentation is no gift at all. All of our gifts are delivered with a world class presentation. Additionally, if you wish, gift wrapping services are also available at a nominal cost.

  • Do you deliver gifts all across India?

    Yes, we deliver all across India. That being said, however given the size and complexity of India, there are still a very few remote areas that courier companies do not take deliveries for. Very rarely that happens, but if it does, our sales will get in touch with you at the order confirmation step with all the details.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do ship certain products that are legally allowed to be shipped internationally. Please get in touch with our corporate sales team for details on all such requests.

  • I need gift urgently. Can you help?

    Absolutely. Please get in touch with our corporate sales team for all such requests. They will be more than happy to assist you in choosing the perfect gift as per your timeline. For many products, we can deliver your gifts within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Can I get samples before I place the order?

    Of-course. For all of our premier orders, we will send you a free sample so that you can check the quality yourself and put our packaging and delivery service to the test. For all other corporate orders, you can place an order for any number of sample products that you would like to test.

  • Can I get delivery done in batches?

    Yes. This is one of those services, where we take utmost pride in our expertise around handling such requests. You can share with us any delivery schedule, that you would like us to follow, and we will meet it.
